Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of guidefyy.com (the “Site”) operated by Guidefyy LLC (“Guidefyy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and any engagement of our services. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our Services

Guidefyy provides AI automation and business growth services, including — without limitation — website design and development, CRM and pipeline configuration, marketing and workflow automation, AI-powered communication agents, lead generation, auditing and assessment reports, analytics, and related consulting and managed services (collectively, the “Services”).

Descriptions of Services on the Site are informational and do not constitute a binding offer. Every engagement is scoped individually and confirmed in a written proposal, statement of work, or invoice (an “Engagement”).

2. Consultations & Communications

Booking a call through the Site is free and carries no obligation. By booking a call, submitting a form, or messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry using the details you provide.

3. Fees & Payment

• Fees for Services are agreed per Engagement and communicated before work begins.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable by bank transfer within the period stated on the invoice.
• We may pause or suspend Services on accounts with overdue balances after reasonable notice.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver the Services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information reasonably needed for the Engagement.
• Grant timely access to accounts, content, and approvals where required.
• Use the Services and any deliverables in compliance with applicable laws, including communication and anti-spam regulations applicable to your campaigns.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our IP. The Site, our brand, methodologies, know-how, templates, and pre-existing materials remain the property of Guidefyy.
• Your IP. Your trademarks, content, and data remain yours. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to deliver the Engagement.
• Deliverables. Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final deliverables specified in your Engagement, excluding our pre-existing materials and third-party components licensed to you on their own terms.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and to use it only for purposes of the Engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may interoperate with third-party platforms and services (for example, scheduling, messaging, hosting, or advertising platforms). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, acts, or omissions.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to produce outstanding outcomes, business results depend on factors outside any provider’s control — market conditions, your offer, pricing, fulfillment, and participation. Except as expressly stated in an Engagement, we make no guarantees of specific revenue, rankings, lead volume, or other performance outcomes, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guidefyy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site or any Engagement will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an Engagement as set out in its terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Guidefyy LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in that state will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their venue.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
